Facebook複製貼上隱私聲明是無效的！
許多人在自己的臉書上貼上下列文字：
自2016年7月3日起，我不同意Facebook用我的照片，我的信息以及我的任何出版物，無論 是過去和未來，我只同意所有我出手的文本，只在我原先發布的地方出現。 藉由本文，敬告Facebook，嚴禁披露、複製、分發、轉貼，出售我的資料、照片或任何其 他對我的文件和/或其相關內容的任意操作。 總的來說，本人在FacebooK上的文件內容皆屬個人隱私和機密資訊。違反上開宣告，將依 法（UCC1-308-11308-103和羅馬規約）究處。 ……………… 註：目前Facebook屬公開園地。所有會員必須張貼本項宣告才能保護個人隱私等……。如 果覺得必要，你可以複製並貼上本項宣示。 如果不至少發布一次像這樣的聲明，就等同默許臉書任意使用你的照片以及隨意配置文件 的狀態與更新信息。 不要分享或按讚。這項宣示必須要由您自己複製和貼出。 From Friday 3nd July 2016, I don’t give Facebook permission to use my pictures , my information or my publications, both of the past and the future, mine Or the ones where I appear. 其實這在Facebook的服務條款中有提到
根據 Facebook 的規定
用戶「授予」註冊時已經讓Facebook 有權發布
或分享用戶的照片或其他資訊
在自己的動態貼最上方的這段隱私聲明是有效的嗎？
事實上是無效的，除非不在使用FB相關軟體
簡言之，當你註冊Facebook完畢時
FB他就獲得非獨有、可轉讓、可再授權、免版稅的授權
只有在用戶刪除內容或帳號時，這個授權才會結束!
所以不用再貼這貼文章到自己動態中了!
這只是惡趣味的謠言宣傳而已!
