ProtonVPN表示，
ProtonVPN for macOS是個真正免費的VPN產品，
它既無頻寬限制，也沒有廣告或紀錄，亦不會私下出售使用者的瀏覽資料，
若需進階功能或想贊助該專案的使用者才需要升級付費版。

痾，買了Visionary最高版本專案一個月30美金後，
沒多久就連不上…中國就封鎖他們香港VPN伺服器了(以下官方回覆)
沒看到申請退費選項，先寫信詢問申請退費看看

Hello,Thank you for your letter!
Unfortunately most of our servers are blocked in mainland China.
Therefore not lot of them are blocked where you will still be able to connect.
You would be able to connect to: CZ, IT, JP, IS, CH servers.
Otherwise we can get you connected within IKEv2 manual connection protocol.
