– 測試擴大至澳洲以外的國家及地區：包括德國、新西蘭及台灣。
– 這次更新加入與火箭兵團對戰，並且打敗他們後可獲得金幣。
每天完成以下所有指定任務 x20 *從以下任務中完成其中5個任務
投出 Excellent 球、投出 Great 球、進化寶可夢、漿果來幫助抓寶可夢、為您的夥伴拍照、投出 NICE 球、抓寶可夢、傳送寶可夢、贏得團戰、GO火箭隊的任務
⭕每天上限50枚
⭕防禦一小時可賺取6枚寶可夢幣
⭕道館防禦可獲得寶可夢幣每天上限30枚
⭕完成顯示在今天標籤頁上的所有任務可獲得寶可夢幣20枚

寶可夢防禦道館可獲得的寶可幣每日上限變更為30枚。
只要完成顯示在「今天」標籤頁的所有任務，一天可獲得20枚寶可幣。

2020年5月6日 We’ll be running small tests for revamping the PokéCoin system
Pokémon GO Trainers, Right now, the only way to earn PokéCoins is to defend Gyms. But since Pokémon GO’s release, we’ve added features that have vastly changed the way you play. In addition, with more Trainers playing at home, we’re looking to provide more ways for you to earn PokéCoins while playing in one place. So, in the future, we’ll be rewarding you with PokéCoins for activities besides defending Gyms. We’ll soon be testing this update only with Trainers in Australia, and it’ll be coming to all Trainers after this testing phase.
In order to balance this new method of earning PokéCoins, the number of PokéCoins earned from defending Gyms will be reduced from six per hour to two. The maximum number of PokéCoins you can earn in a day will be increased to 55.
